Faced with issues like this, some of our clients have sought us out for solutions that enable greater efficiency, speed, and consequently productivity in their factories, and one of the standout pieces of equipment has been robotic cells.

Equipped with 2 or 4 welding heads and 2 or 4 workstations respectively, which can be manual or automatic. Our cells are currently mainly applied in the Home Appliances/Wire Products sector, but they are also suitable for various other applications such as welding sheets, for example.

This equipment increases productivity by between 35% and 50%, and also increases production efficiency by 94% with 24-hour, 7-day-a-week shifts.

It has a recipe editor that allows the user to configure all process parameters. Programming is easy and intuitive and allows the user to insert, edit, and delete products and parameters. Access control restricts user actions through passwords. Programming features will only be released with the permission of each user profile. During the configuration of "recipes", sampling process audits are defined, keeping records in the system for consultation. These audits can be configured for the operator to perform or for an auditor. However, when samples are out of specification, the equipment may block production.
