The anti-crushing system consists of ensuring that the pressure between electrodes is sufficient for the upper head to lower with controlled pressure, eliminating the possibility of causing accidents or injuring the operator. It also negates the need for grids or confinements that hinder the production process, as you gain more working area since the machine is free of "barriers."
Most of the spot welding machine models we manufacture have the anti-crushing system as an optional feature. We can also adapt your existing resistance welding machine with the anti-crushing system to comply with NR12.
