Welding Machine for Wire Meshes and Grids with 6 Heads

Six upper welding heads, programmed (pneumatic or electric) and fixed lower head. The jig moves "drawer-style," allowing the equipment to perform welding while operators load/unload and assemble, significantly increasing productivity.

With optional AC/60Hz two-phase and MFDC/1,000Hz three-phase welding technology and 200kva power, reaching a welding current of approximately 42KA in MFDC, for welding a large number of wires with high reliability.

For greater control of the welding process, system users are registered with a login and password and their respective hierarchical level, allowing all accesses and records to be available for real-time consultation in the supervisory system. All records are stored in the equipment's memory (production data, process audits, non-conformities, maintenance, setup, among others). The equipment can be accessed remotely. A programmer can make updates directly from their PC, just as maintenance can access the equipment to evaluate an alarm, ensuring maximum agility in solving process problems.

Its configurations can be used for: Welding of grids for refrigeration/stoves, welding of industrial screens (ventilation), and welding of grids for aviaries, in addition to the possibility of adaptation for welding various other products.
