With the SPX3D-1000, you can perform the entire welding process in a single machine.

It is comprised of three welding heads: one for spot welding, one for projection welding (both rotate clockwise and counter-clockwise), and also a plier, which, among other applications, is capable of finishing your parts, especially those made of wire, by performing welding on the sides.

It is a super versatile machine, applicable for welding sheets and wire meshes with various geometries.

Understand a bit more about how the machine works:

Basically, there is an automatic table where the parts are positioned, allowing for various spot or projection electrode configurations. According to the selected part and defined welding positions, the table assumes the initial position and moves the parts step-by-step through the areas to be welded. After finishing the welding positions, the jig returns to the unload position and releases the part for the operator to access.

The operator removes the finished parts and places the parts to be welded on the table. When the equipment completes the welding cycle, the operator manually tilts the table out of the equipment and inserts the table with the wires placed into the equipment, resuming a new welding cycle while preparing the other table that was unloaded.

The layout configuration system, welding areas, spacing between points, and the possibility of various welding power options adjusted by the operator/production programmer are part of the equipment's setup.

The electronic system monitors possible failures of positioning sensors and the entire safety system. Light beam curtains will restrict access while the equipment is in operation.

Manufactured with a welded and normalized structure, meeting all constructive requirements and standards for machine tools.

The equipment is programmed to move the welding table only after the operator completes loading and unloading, preventing possible accidents. The welding machine is integrated with the table, where welding parameters are released by programmed positioning commands, and the system allows storing different programs, where the operator can at any time retrieve the settings and quickly start a new production cycle.

The table movements (y-axis) are in the transverse direction over a path of 1,100mm for each side of the welding heads, which tilt in the longitudinal direction, covering a path of approximately 800mm as programmed, with spot, projection, and plier electrodes adapted for the respective part configurations.

To facilitate the table preset, centralizing pins are positioned at its ends, as well as on the electrodes, ensuring its centralization and respective zeroing;

Productivity will largely depend on the model/volume of the part to be manufactured, considering points with an average displacement of 800mm/s.
