Sukha Na Intermach 2022

Sukha at Intermach 2022

Sukha will be an exhibitor at Intermach 2022, the Metalworking Industry Technology Fair, which will take place in Joinville/SC, from September 13 to 16. On the occasion, we will present our solutions, with emphasis on the SPX spot welding machine, equipped with a management and connectivity system that provides greater control over the welding process. The equipment features medium-frequency technology that adds better weld finish and energy savings. It has an anti-crushing safety system that complies with NR12, eliminating the need for enclosure, which expands the free area for handling the parts to be welded.

This welding machine model meets the most diverse applications, such as welding thick sheets, wires, and projection welding nuts and bolts. It is suitable for demands from the automotive sector, white goods, household utilities, two-wheelers, steel furniture, heat exchangers, tools and electric motors, and agricultural machinery and implements. The SPX is a complete resistance welding machine, aimed at Industry 4.0.

Cutting-edge technology in welding machines – NR12

The SPX welding machine was developed with cutting-edge technology for the demands of clients who require quality processes. It has adjustment features in the pneumatic system that allow activation, first with low pressure and current discharge, for continuity identification. This system facilitates the production process, without the need for confinements or barriers that hinder the access of products with complex geometries (with technical report + ART).

Management and Connectivity System

The welding machine's management and connectivity system ensures the robustness of the welding process, enabling real-time production monitoring, with controls for inspections/audits/tests, traceability records, electrode wear, and remote access reports any alarms or production stoppages to those responsible for a quick response. The digital control plan allows the equipment to have offline control functions, where control characteristics will be monitored in real time, with the appropriate records to ensure quality and traceability of the welding process.

The welding machine's feedback feature identifies irregular welding current and force, making it possible to segregate out-of-spec parts and provide data for process indicators and respective traceability.

Companies from various industry sectors have already used solutions developed by Sukha, including Mercedes Benz, Future Utilidades, WEG, and AGCO Corporation. In addition to equipment, we offer technical assistance, training, machine refurbishment, NR12 compliance with an anti-crushing system, and sales of parts and consumables.
