Last Friday, we welcomed the SENAI Cachoeirinha/Gravataí coordination team to our factory. For us at Sukha, this visit represents much more than just an institutional meeting; it marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between industry and technical education.
We specialize in the development and manufacture of resistance welding machines, including spot welding and seam welding, as well as robotic welding cells, MIG and TIG automation projects and automated welding equipment, developed according to customer needs. Therefore, we know that the technological evolution of the sector depends directly on training professionals prepared to work in increasingly automated industrial environments.
Bridging the gap between technical training and factory floor reality
During the visit, we presented our production processes, our solutions in automated welding and the customized projects we develop for different industrial segments.
We focus on performance, repeatability, and quality control, developing customized automated welding solutions that increase productivity and reduce operational failures. For these technologies to deliver their maximum potential, it is essential to have qualified labor aligned with the demands of Industry 4.0.
By opening our doors to SENAI, we contribute to ensuring that technical training is connected to the real demands of the industrial welding and industrial automation market.
Our commitment to the development of welding in Brazil
We believe that strengthening the relationship between industry and technical educational institutions is one of the most effective ways to boost regional development and raise the technical standard of the sector.
As a company manufacturing resistance welding machines, robotic cells and developing welding automation projects, we are committed to actively contributing to the training of qualified professionals prepared to operate advanced welding technologies.
We continue to connect knowledge, technology, and people to transform production processes and raise the excellence of industrial welding in Brazil.
