WELDING ROBOTS
Technical characteristics:
Robotic welding cells with 2 or 4 welding heads and 2 or 4 workstations, respectively, which can be manual or automatic. Our welding cells are currently used mainly in the Home Appliances/Wire Products sector, but they are also suitable for several other applications such as welding sheets, for example.
This equipment increases productivity by 35% to 50%, and also increases production efficiency by 94% with 24/7 shifts.
It has a recipe editor, which allows the user to configure all process parameters. Programming is easy and intuitive, allowing the user to insert, edit, and delete products and parameters.
Access control restricts user actions through passwords. The programming features will only be released with permission from each user profile. During the configuration of the “recipes,” process audits by sampling are defined, keeping records in the system for consultation. These audits can be configured for the operator to perform or for an auditor. However, if the samples are out of specification, the equipment may block production.

Assembly and manipulation of parts, Resistance spot welding (gun or stationary), Inspection processes, among others.
Through the manipulation of the part by the robot, under one (or more) fixed/stationary spot and/or projection welding head. Or, with the movement of a robotic welding gun on large-sized parts.
