Technical Characteristics
The recipe editor allows the user to configure all process parameters. Programming is easy and intuitive, allowing the user to insert, edit, and delete products and parameters. Access control restricts user actions through passwords. Welding programming features will only be enabled with permission from each user profile.
During the configuration of "recipes," process audits are defined by sampling, keeping records in the system for consultation. These audits can be configured for the operator or auditor to perform. However, when samples are out of specification, the equipment may block production.
With six upper welding heads, activated as programmed (with pneumatic or electric actuation) and a fixed lower head. The jig moves "drawer-style," allowing operators to load/unload and assemble parts while the equipment is welding, significantly increasing productivity. With the option of AC/60Hz single-phase and MFDC/1,000Hz three-phase welding technology and a power of 200kva, reaching a welding current of approximately 42KA in MFDC, for welding a large number of wires with a high level of reliability.
All records are stored in the equipment's memory (production data, process audits, non-conformities, maintenance, setup, among others). The manager can use this data for process indicators and real-time production monitoring through our supervisory system (requiring integration with the client's IT). Production control will be registered in real-time, indicating date, time, operator, and quantity of parts produced, facilitating control.
The equipment can be accessed remotely. A programmer can make updates directly from their PC, just as maintenance can access the equipment to evaluate any alarms that have occurred. Users of this equipment can have an application that allows them to view the HMI screen directly on their cell phone, ensuring maximum agility in solving process problems. Another feature is the sending of alarms that occurred during the period to registered users via email.
