The SPX is a complete resistance welding machine, designed for Industry 4.0.
Complies with NR-10 and NR-12 Standards: Through adjustments in the pneumatic system that allow activation first with low pressure and current discharge for continuity identification. This system facilitates the production process, without the need for confinements or barriers that hinder the access of products with complex geometries (with technical report + ART). Thus, the force and weld discharge will only be applied when the product is in the proper position, adjusted by the safety sensor, between the upper and lower electrodes. To accommodate variations in product size, the welding head has manual positioning adjustment. Furthermore, this system is interconnected to the safety PLC that monitors pressure in conjunction with the pressure switch and inhibits the safety release of the entire equipment.
Management and Connectivity System
The management and connectivity system ensures the robustness of the welding process, enabling real-time production monitoring, with inspection/audit/test controls, traceability records, electrode wear, and remote access reports any alarms or production stoppages to those responsible for a quick response. The digital control plan enables offline control functions for the equipment, where control characteristics will be monitored in real-time, with proper records to ensure quality and traceability of the welding process. The feedback feature identifies weld current and force outside of specification, allowing for segregation of out-of-spec parts and providing data for process indicators and respective traceability.
