The anti-crushing system ensures that the pressure between electrodes is sufficient to lower the upper head with controlled pressure, eliminating the possibility of accidents or injuring the operator. It also negates the need for fences or confinements that hinder the production process, as you gain more workspace since the machine is free of "barriers".
Most of the spot welding machine models we manufacture have the anti-crushing system as an optional feature. We can also adapt your existing resistance welding machine with the anti-crushing system to comply with NR12.
