The SGC system, integrated with machines manufactured by Sukha, allows real-time production monitoring with controls and records for traceability, electrode wear, inspection records and controls (AQL – Assured Quality Level) / process tests, among others.
The AQL enables the equipment to perform offline control functions, where control characteristics will be monitored in real time, with proper records to ensure quality and traceability of the welding process.
The SGC is structured based on an Industry 4.0 concept, establishing criteria to ensure "intelligence" for equipment and welding cells, reducing human interference in welding processes.
In summary, all welding parameters and control characteristics are recorded in a "recipe" configured per product by engineering, where all activities are recorded in real time, enabling all process controls such as: productivity, machine downtime, production schedules, occurrence of non-conformities, among others.
This information is recorded and archived with respective backup resources adjusted to the client's needs, which can be accessed remotely in real time. Messages are sent to the smartphones of those responsible when abnormalities occur.
