Automatic machine for welding round spiral grids such as baskets or fan guards.
The equipment automatically uncoils and feeds the wire into the jig while simultaneously welding another mesh. After assembly and welding, the system rotates and changes the jig positions, starting welding on one side and extracting the finished part from the other, thus beginning a new feeding cycle.
The equipment allows for recipe configuration to weld two different products alternately and automatically.
