In partnership with Amada Miyachi, we have developed resistance welding heads for various applications using MFDC 1,000Hz and high-frequency welding power sources up to 5,000Hz, as well as capacitive welding power sources. We use high-tech resources for manual or automated processes, with pneumatic and servomotor-driven actuation and real-time weld monitors, which ensure maximum reliability in the welding process.
Complies with NR-10 and NR-12 Standards:
Through adjustments in the pneumatic system, it is possible to activate first with low pressure and current discharge to identify continuity. This system facilitates the production process, without the need for confinements or barriers that hinder the access of products with complex geometries (with technical report + ART). Thus, the welding force and discharge will only be applied when the product is in the proper position, adjusted by the safety sensor, between the upper and lower electrodes. To accommodate variations in product size, the welding head has manual positioning adjustment. In addition, this system is interconnected to the safety PLC that monitors the pressure in conjunction with the pressure switch and inhibits the safety release of the entire equipment.
