The arms rotate 360º, allowing the suspended spot welding to perform welding on various planes with great ease and precision. The electrodes are configured with a quick-change system (refill) and high-resistance material, reducing setup time and ensuring maximum reliability in the welding process. Welding current measurement is performed on the secondary side using a current transformer (CT) that can be adapted to any type of equipment. The suspended spot welding equipment uses high-speed reading converters, allowing great precision across the entire programmed current range in KA. Weld correction is performed in each cycle and guaranteed by a PID control, which ensures control of the programmed current. The control can also monitor the power supply voltage, checking for variations within a pre-programmed range. If a pressure or current variation occurs that could compromise weld quality, the control interrupts the welding process, generating an alarm/part retention.
It has two analog outputs for proportional valves intended for controlling electrode pressure, whose purpose is to keep their pressure constant during welding. Only analog pressure reading can also be performed via a pressure switch. A completely user-friendly programming interface for the operator/programmer through keys combined with the Display. It also has a copy command that makes it easier for the programmer to create new programs. It has a power increment ramp for compensating electrode wear and planning their replacement. With a proportional valve that controls the direction, pressure and/or flow of compressed air, operating integrated with the welding controller, this component will control the pressure as specified in the welding controller's programming.
