Designed for complex welding with or without filler material, such as stainless steel wire products, carbon steel sheet metal parts, (TIG/MIG, resistance, laser, or plasma) or stainless steel. Two welding tables with radial rotation up to 180º, allowing the welding of complex parts in a single setup, providing flexibility with high quality and productivity.
It features a monoblock construction, with high stability and optimal working dynamics. Its design with a tunnel for programmer access on the sides of the tables ensures precision in robot path programming and welding parameterization. The welding robot is positioned on a track, ensuring access to both welding tables.
It has a working area of 800mm x 1100mm and internal lighting for better visibility.
The SUPER WELD machine can be used with various welding technologies, such as TIG/MIG and laser with and without filler material, or as a welding gun for resistance spot welding.
